A view from Monitor Pass, California, on Highway 89 near Highway 395. Driving up from Highway 395, I was thrilled to see a pair of adult bald eagles flying below the us on Highway 89 just prior to snapping this photo. We weren't able to stop fast enough to capture a shot of the eagles, but the striking cloud formation was worth the view of the Sweetwater Mountains.
