Photographed at the neotropical rainforest at Tuxtlas outside of Catemaco, Mexico. I believe that this is the Brown Peacock (Anartia fatima) of the Family: Nymphalidae. Wing span: 2 3/8 - 2 5/8 inches (6 - 7 cm).
